How project information is handled, and what this website does with yours.
Project information
Plotwise is set up on your practice's project folders under a written agreement, made before any project information is shared. Plotwise is hosted in the UK.
The agreement sets out the following.
- Where records and files are stored, and whether any are kept on your computers.
- Which service providers, including any AI providers, receive information, and whether they retain it or use it for training.
- Who can access the information, including for support.
- How information is exported, deleted, backed up and recovered.
This website
The examples on this site are prepared in advance. They use fictional records and send nothing.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads. The privacy notice covers this in more detail.
